Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please note that while we make every effort to provide you with items that match the description given on our website, product colours, patterns and sizes may vary slightly. All products also undergo a full quality control check before they are sent.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty please notify us at email@example.com immediately. Products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. We will then determine whether the item will be repaired, replaced, refunded or otherwise. Send the product with its original packaging to:

Shipping charges on returns
Please note that shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. PayPal now offers a postage service for product returns. To determine if you are eligible click on the below link:
Please note that That’s Darling! does not provide refunds or returns on items that become damaged as a result of every day wear and tear, or through poor handling.
Sale items can be exchanged or refunded if found to be faulty.
